At Donut Times, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@donuttimes.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Items
If your decal arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@donuttimes.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
